Everyone at K-B was wonderful to work with. They sealed two abandoned wells for us. Our well were in a difficult spot to reach and no other company would even give an estimate after looking at them. DJ gave us an estimate, explained the whole process, worked with the MDH inspector, and even came in UNDER the estimate. They gave us a heads up every time they came out and showed up right when they said. I am very pleased with their work.

I called Kimmes-Bauer today with a pump issue just after noon. An hour later, they had two guys out here to help us out. We needed a new control unit for a blown capacitor, but they checked out the rest of the system and made sure the pump was still in good shape and everything was working as it should. We haven't had to deal with any well issues since we've moved into our house until now, but we will absolutely call Kimmes-Bauer the next time we have an issue. Highly recommended!

Called on a Sunday and they were here within an hour. Lucas fixed the leak and discovered the pressure tank was failing. Lucas replaced the tank, which happened to be under warranty, and fixed the leak caused by a broken fitting. They use high quality brass fittings. The old fittings were pvc. Iām very pleased with the workmanship and the price was very reasonable. I absolutely recommend Kimmes-Bauer.

Kimmes Bauer was amazing! I had no water pressure and I left them a message in the evening, non-emergency. They called me back promptly in the morning, and sent out a technician within a few hours. He diagnosed the issue, communicated with me right away what his recommendations were, and went ahead with the repair after my approval. It was fixed within three hours and he called me back to give me clear follow-up instructions. I had a couple of questions later and he answered my questions clearly and was very friendly and helpful. My well has been working perfectly since and the repair cost was very reasonable! I will definitely hire them again for any future well issues.
