Called on a Sunday and they were here within an hour. Lucas fixed the leak and discovered the pressure tank was failing. Lucas replaced the tank, which happened to be under warranty, and fixed the leak caused by a broken fitting. They use high quality brass fittings. The old fittings were pvc. Kimmes Bauer was amazing! I had no water pressure and I left them a message in the evening, non-emergency. They called me back promptly in the morning, and sent out a technician within a few hours. He diagnosed the issue, communicated with me right away what his recommendations were, and went ahead with the repair after my approval. It was fixed within three hours and he called me back to give me clear follow-up instructions. I had a couple of questions later and he answered my questions clearly and was very friendly and helpful. My well has been working perfectly since and the repair cost was very reasonable! I will definitely hire them again for any future well issues.
